How do you define connections?
A connection is a live connected user. Concurrent connections are the number of simultaneous connections you have open across your Channels application. The number of channels subscriptions that each connection holds does not impact your concurrent connection count.
What counts as a message?
A message refers to messages we receive through our API and those we deliver to your connected users. For example, if you publish one message to 50 subscribers, that’s 51 messages.
What happens if I upgrade mid-month?
Our pricing is prorated, which means you’ll pay for the number of days in each plan—nothing more, nothing less.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, and cancel at any time?
Yes. Just log in and adjust your plan right from the dashboard.
What happens if I exceed the limits of my plan?
We’ll shoot you an email when you’re close to your plan’s limits. We know that unexpected spikes happen, so there's plenty of headroom in our plans to keep your apps protected.
